Yesterday, I learned that girl dogs pee by squatting, as opposed to lifting a leg (which I thought all dogs did). The wonders of country living never cease to amaze!

You and the country life and an interesting mix...
It depends. Some female dogs lift legs, especially if they live with male dogs. But in general, females squat.
Males "pee." Females "relieve themselves." Both make the same mess. Dad.
