- It's so much easier and quicker to fall asleep.
- I still get a little tired during the day, but nowhere near the exhaustion I used to feel when I was afraid to prolong a blink in fear of falling asleep on my desk!
- My Friday evening commute home is no longer a dangerous flirtation with death. I used to have to fight to keep my eyes open and to stay on the road. Not so anymore! Even when I stay at school until 6:30 at the end of a long and stressful week, I'm very much awake as I drive home!!
- My weekends feel L-O-N-G.
Now, the sleep research also says that you shouldn't eat food or watch T.V in the two hours prior to going to bed. But.... you have to draw the line somewhere, people!

I'm surprised you could type so early in the morning, error free! :) I agree with your last point whole-heartedly: the weekends do seem longer. :) How are your cats adjusting to you being awake earlier? -Rebek
I woke up naturally (if that's possible) this morning at 6, just like a school day, and I thought of you!!! Yay us! I was up for 30 minutes, then went back to sleep for an hour. Oh well. I tried.
No word about you being cranky in the morning. That's worth it alone!
