That in the last two weeks I've spent more time on the internet than lesson planning during my designated lesson planning time.
I confess...
That I truly felt appreciative of our principal on Bosses' Day! This is a foreign feeling.
I confess...
That I've been taking Max's cooking for granted! I need to cook more. Can't wait until we're done remodeling/redecorating our kitchen!
Sneak Peek: More pictures to follow!
That $53.70 is the most I've ever spent on a pair of shoes. I bought a pair online yesterday (but that's a whole 'nother blog post!)
I confess...
That I'm kinda glad we're staying put for most of the summer. Gives me lots of time to craft!
I confess...
That I'm DREADING going in to school today. Taking 21 first graders to a local nature center in the pouring rain is not my idea of fun!
I confess...
That this is the FIRST meme I've ever done in five years of blogging! Click on the button to link up your Friday confessional!

I am a new follower from Friday Confessional.
This is my last year teaching...EVER.
I also spend tons more time during my planning bell on the Internet instead of planning, grading papers, etc...
Welcome to the meme! It's a fun one. And no, taking kids to a nature center in rain sounds torturous. Happy Friday!
I don't really envy your trip today. Rain and a nature center and first graders sounds like a recipe for disaster--or at least several muddy little kids.
Confession.....good for the soul!
I really wish I could say that is the most I'd ever spent on shoes....I'd rather not say!!
Rain and a field trip? Bless your heart!
I see so many cute shoes online, but I am scared to buy without trying on.
What made you decide to do the meme?
21 first graders on a rainy outside field trip?! Yikes! I would not choose that day to start cooking more :)
I'm about to be your newest follower! So glad you did the confessions this week so I could find you!
I don't spend a whole lot of time on the Internet at school since I get it on my phone now. And it's a good thing cuz the school budget in Texas has been CUT and they might look for any reason to get rid of us. This has been my career for 22 years, and I'm flying under the radar so I can keep my job. Our state legislature just approved class sizes up to 40 in secondary schools since the budget has been cut so severely.
Guess you didn't want me to write a book, but we teachers have to stick together!
Wow! 5 years of blogging and this is your first meme! Crazy!! I can't wait to see what your kitchen looks like. I hope there are before and after pics. :-)
i have only spent that kind of money on running shoes. never on real shoes!
