Never mind that I thought the same thing

Yesterday, "Jose" came in and announced to my classroom: "I go to different school Monday".

Immediately, "Michael" pumped both of his fists in the air and shouted "YAY!!". And I, of course, had to strongly admonish him about being unkind and disrespectful.

"But he's always bothering me!"

Filter, Michael, filter.

That's cool how you managed to mind-control Michael into saying what you were thinking!! ;)

No matter what anyone says they just can't make us like everyone.

YAY, Michael for not giving in and totally expressing your joy. hahaha

I am fluent in ASL and one of the greatest thing about it is, while nodding my head and smiling in certain situations around hearing people, I can express my TRUE feelings quietly with my hands. And if a deaf friend is there too, it's even more delicious.

I mean, when stubbing your toe, how else could you say two curse words at once?
